This candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of our real estate portfolio while overseeing operations, managing projects autonomously, and working closely with the Founder and CEO to drive the company's growth and success. We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong understanding of real estate acquisition and investments, excellent project management abilities and attention to detail with a proven track record of success. Responsibilities: Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring efficiency + productivity Identify new opportunities for process improvement and implement effective strategies to streamline operations. Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure consistency and standardization of the deal flow process Project Management Lead specific projects from conception to completion, working autonomously and collaborating with external vendors to achieve project goals. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and develop project plans with clear timelines and milestones. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Deal Pitch Decks: Lead the creation and refinement of deal pitch decks for potential real estate investments, ensuring they effectively communicate the value proposition and investment opportunity to potential investors. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights for inclusion in pitch decks and ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging. Investor Relationship Management: Lead the investor relationship process, serving as the primary point of contact for investors and managing communications throughout the investment lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates on investment performance and addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Deal Flow Management: Manage timelines for all deal flow activities, including due diligence, underwriting, and closing processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deal milestones and deliverables. Proactively identify and address any potential bottlenecks or delays in the deal process and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, project leadership, or related roles within the commercial real estate industry. Proven track record of successfully managing projects autonomously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of triple net lease real estate investments is a plus.
