Brief Job Description (essential functions of the job): The program assistant will assist in the development of programs and building systems and the intake of membership registration for participants of programs. Responsibilities Oversees the collection of statistical program data and prepares reports when necessary. Works with program staff to ensure that all aspects of program operations are effectively implemented. Assists with the distribution of outreach materials for programs and will assist staff in maintaining the day-to-day operations of all facility programs. Performs related work as required. Minimum Entrance Qualifications Must have at least two (2) years experience in a related field. Ability to perform light lifting preferred. Ability to type 30 wpm. Computer knowledge preferred. Good communication and organization skills preferred. Ability to work in a multi-cultural setting preferred. Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on details as required by the job.
