The Bronze Door is looking for an experienced and outgoing server to join our team. We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional service and a friendly attitude to our guests. You will be responsible for presenting food items and drink selections to customers, answering any questions they may have about the menu items, presenting specials, and helping them make decisions on ordering. As well as, suggesting additional items that can be paired with entrees based on ingredients or flavor profiles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with eye contact and a smile
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu/bar/wine
  • Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • Clearly explain chef specials and answer questions
  • Offer recommendations and up-sell to improve guests' experience
  • Carry heavy trays of food and beverages
  • Enforce rules and regulations in regard to alcohol consumption/purchase
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Provide checks and collect payment from guests
  • Follow all health department regulations
  • Arrive on time for all shifts, pre-shifts, ready to receive assigned tasks, review menu and event specifics
  • Complete all side-work as directed and perform other duties as assigned
  • Uphold the integrity of the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group by demonstrating ethical behaviors
