The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and executing all daily processing associated with Transportation. Support includes but is not limited to driver dispatch process, weekly driver and dispatcher schedules, Transportation payroll, breakdowns, store delivery, delivery troubleshooting, device troubleshooting, compliance monitoring, and general driver support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(other duties may be assigned) Administrative Plan, review, and audit compliance (DOT HOS), delivery drivers and dispatcher’s weekly schedules, Transportation payroll and ePOD, Roadnet applications to ensure all components are functioning at appropriate levels and provide training to dispatchers for 100% login compliance Responds immediately to customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any delays in delivery schedule is essential to this position. Leads, directs, guides and monitors the work of Drivers and Dispatcher’s. Prepare administrative documents and reports including but not limited to fuel tracking, mileage and service times. Oversee all aspects of Mile Hi Frozen Foods supply chain, from preparation to distribution delivery. (Delivery routes, specials) Delivery/Driver Execution Perform Driver check in and check out process, including but not limited to maintaining and managing all delivery related keys, paperwork, and hardware (Tablets and Phones Check in and check out process with dispatchers to ensure all assets are accounted for daily). Assume responsibility for dispatchers and route substitutions. Maintain, support and manage compliance for all related delivery software. Receive real time communication from drivers and proactively address issues with a plan of action to ensure the highest quality of service to the customer. Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate daily issues that impact the team and overall business objectives. Work closely with other groups within the organization to communicate issues. Additional Responsibilities Accountable for properly following all Mile Hi Companies standards, processes, and methodologies as applicable. Accountable for covering dispatcher’s shift due to call outs, vacations, or when necessary. Other responsibilities and accountabilities may be assigned based on business and organization needs QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to anticipate challenges such as problems in achieving deadlines early enough to report to management with resolution to issues. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
