If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.What You Will Do Developing, maintaining, and reviewing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool and fixture designsSupporting a manufacturing area, as part of cross-functional team, by guiding the production team through process troubleshooting and incorporation of engineering changes into the MDPDispositioning non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as requiredDriving Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making.Providing real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators; in-house as well as the supply base.Leading corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.Some travel may be required for this position.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experienceExperience working in a manufacturing environment (can be through internships, coop work)The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
