Experience: ExperiencedSecurity Clearance Level: Public Trust (NACI) Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.Define and validate the business needs of various stakeholders to ensure project success.Determine solutions to problem areas that have been identified or may be identified in the performance of the project.Evaluate potential solutions to ensure they meet business needs and comply with government regulations.Assist in the management of change as new systems and processes are implemented.Gather and define business requirements from stakeholders and other relevant actors.Analyze requirements from stakeholders and convert them into detailed project specifications.Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they deliver the expected benefits.Facilitate communication between the team to ensure clear understanding and effective implementation.Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed systems to determine their viability.Analyze project data to ensure alignment with business objectives and reporting on project status to stakeholders.Provide budgeting and forecasting for the team.Provide planning and monitoring support.Provide financial model(s) and map out processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Provide variance analysis.Provide pricing and reporting support.Conduct market analyses. Required Skills and ExperienceOutstanding communication skills.An ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities.A strong background in process modeling and data analysis.5+ years of experience with requirements gathering techniques.5+ years of experience with business process reengineering and improvement techniques.Previous federal government experience supporting IT requirements elicitation.Professional Certificationsn/aYears of Professional ExperienceFive (5) years of professional experienceDesired experiencePrevious experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) highly preferredFormal EducationBA/BS degreeCitizenship RequirementU.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunitySecurity Clearance RequirementsMust possess or qualify for a Public Trust (NACI)CRITICAL NOTES: SSG will not make assumptions regarding your qualifications.
