Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.
  • Strong foundation in process modeling and data analysis.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements gathering techniques.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business process reengineering and improvement methodologies.
  • Prior experience in federal government IT requirements elicitation.
  • Familiarity with JIRA.
  • Experience supporting Agile/SAFe development methodologies.

Professional Experience

Prior federal government IT experience is required, with a minimum of five (5) years in a relevant role.


Education

BA/BS degree is preferred.


Citizenship Requirement

U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position.


Security Clearance Requirements

Must possess or be eligible for a Public Trust (NACI).
