Key Responsibilities:

The Junior Systems Analyst will function as a computer systems analyst on projects that generally involve establishing automated systems concerning the overall life cycle framework. The position will conduct feasibility assessments from design through implementation and post-implementation evaluations, exploring various potential approaches. Design criteria must be established to accommodate changes in legislation, mission, or functional program requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or a related discipline. (Note: A Master's degree in a relevant field of information technology is preferred.)
  • Five (5) years of experience in information technology systems analysis.
  • Three (3) years of experience in designing business applications on IT systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data sources, data flow, system interactions, advanced computer hardware and software applications, and sophisticated systems design techniques to develop solutions for complex challenges and to advise stakeholders on systems design and IT forecasts.
