Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing compelling branding ideas, graphic designs, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email graphics, presentation materials, and advertising copy. Additionally, you will manage our company's social media presence, coordinate community initiatives through our CGO Cares program, assist with email marketing campaigns, and support various outbound and inbound marketing activities under the guidance of the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Develop branding concepts and create designs for various marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and post content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter; open to exploring new social channels.
  • Public Relations: Coordinate CGO Cares initiatives, organizing monthly donations or volunteer activities.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in creating and executing email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Marketing Support: Aid in event/webinar planning, web page edits, SEO efforts, and content development.
  • Surveys and QR Codes: Create client surveys on topics like open enrollment and benefit satisfaction.
  • Promotional Items: Manage ordering and upkeep of business cards, nameplates, and company swag.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media, Advertising, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, graphic design, social media, advertising, or public relations (experience in insurance industry is a plus).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate effectively and maintain professionalism.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
