- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing questions.
- Foster successful and enduring customer relationships.
- Preferred experience in sales roles (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Experience in managing client relationships is a plus.
- Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
