KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing questions.
  • Foster successful and enduring customer relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preferred experience in sales roles (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Experience in managing client relationships is a plus.
  • Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs.
  • Capability to effectively connect with customers.
