Position Overview

Role Summary: The OEM Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and adherence to the marketing and advertising guidelines set forth by Automotive Manufacturers (OEMs). This position is integral to enhancing brand reputation and ensuring a seamless user experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of client websites to verify compliance with the latest OEM standards.
  • Identify compliance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution, while also addressing minor discrepancies independently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership inquiries related to compliance matters.
  • Work collaboratively with management to ensure all departments are informed about compliance requirements.
  • Establish and implement internal policies and controls to meet compliance objectives.
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in building remote relationships with clients through communication channels.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Excel.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Google Analytics is advantageous.
