Job Description:
A global banking organization is seeking a BSA Manager in NYC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BSA compliance and be able to effectively manage and enhance the bank’s BSA Compliance Program.
- This position is on-site 5 days a week
- Salary: 100-130k + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Bank’s BSA Compliance Program to ensure it remains fully compliant.
- Revise and update the Bank’s BSA policy and procedures in response to regulatory changes or examination results.
- Create and manage the Bank’s Customer Identification, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, and Customer Risk Rating Programs.
- Implement directives from the Board of Directors and ensure all employees comply with relevant policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the BSA and related regulations, as well as the Bank’s products, services, customer base, entities, and geographic locations, including the associated money laundering and terrorist financing risks.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in BSA compliance within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of BSA regulations and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to develop and manage comprehensive compliance programs.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to implement board directives and ensure adherence to policies.
