Who We Are
Enservio provides services that help adjusters and claims professionals solve one of the biggest issues in property insurance – quantifying and valuing what’s inside a policyholder’s home. Minimizing back and forth with our customer by providing them the most accurate settlement reports to aid in their Content Claim process.
The Role
As part of the Client Services Team, you will respond to and provide support for customer inquiries, insurance replacement services, as well as overseeing the Customer Portal pending claims. Customer Portal oversight will also include triaging insured submitted lines to the appropriate valuation teams.
What You’ll Do
You will answer calls from insureds & adjusters who have questions regarding their claims and/or claim valuation reports. You will take ownership of the aging Customer Portal claims by communicating with the insureds to assess their needs. You will also triage submitted lines to the appropriate valuation teams. The Client Services Representative may also be asked to support both operations and data management based off of the business needs.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent communication, teamwork, perseverance, and strong attention to detail are critical.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills required.
Strong multi-tasking skills preferred with ability to balance priorities.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment that is focused on success and continuous improvement of quality and process.
Customer Service experience and customer orientation required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Property and Casualty claim knowledge helpful.
