** Client Delivery Manager (m/w/d)**
Als **Client Delivery Manager (m/w/d)** verstrken Sie unser Client Delivery Management, welches unsere Kunden in allen Phasen der Kundenbeziehung eng begleitet.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
* Abstimmung der vertraglichen Anforderungen und eigenen Leistungen und Lieferungen mit dem Kundenmanagement und den Abteilungen
* Planung und Durchfhrung von Kundenprojekten unter Einbeziehung aller notwendigen Stakeholder und Schnittstellenkoordination
* berwachung von Terminen, Meilensteinen, Abhngigkeiten und Risiken
* Allgemeine Projektberichterstattung und rechtzeitige Eskalation an das Management
* Verfolgung von Risiken und Entwicklung von Manahmen zur Risikominderung
* Planung und Durchfhrung von abteilungsbergreifenden Meetings, Quality-Gates-Workshops und Untersttzung der Projektbeteiligten zur Erreichung der Projektziele
* Untersttzung bei der Projektplanung (Definition und Abstimmung von Projektzielen, Ressourcen-/ Zeit-/ Aufwandsbudgetplanung, Planung von Arbeitspaketen)
* Definition der Projektablauf- und Projektprozessorganisation, Planung und Durchfhrung des Projekt-Kick-Offs mit den beteiligten Abteilungen
* Operative Untersttzung in (Teil-)Projekten bei der Durchfhrung von PM-Aufgaben (z.B. Moderation von Workshops)
* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Projektmethodik im Team und Optimierung der Prozesse und Tools fr das bergreifende Projektmanagement/ Multiprojektmanagement
* Einfhrung einer einheitlichen Vorgehensweise bei der Projektdurchfhrung, von einheitlichen Richtlinien und eines standardisierten Tool-Sets
**Ihr Profil**
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmnnisches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Ttigkeit im Delivery- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem Technologie- oder Dienstleistungsunternehmen bzw. in einem vertriebsnahen Umfeld
* Erfahren in der Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden, sowie in einer internationalen Arbeitsumgebung
* Ausgeprgte analytische Fhigkeiten
* Selbststndiges, strukturiertes und konzeptionelles Arbeiten
* Hohe Kompetenz im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
* Ausgeprgte Kompetenzen in der Projektplanung und -organisation
* berdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamfhigkeit sowie ein hohes Ma an Selbststndigkeit und Eigeninitiative
* Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
