Process Invoices and Purchase Orders for posting to account payable Follow policies and procedures on signatures and approval process. Match and reconcile current invoices with open Purchase Orders timely. Match packing slips and receipts to invoices with Purchase Orders timely. Code invoices by cost center and general ledger accounts. Batch invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely. Run monthly aging report at month end. Prepare computer checks from 'selected to pay' approved by Controller. Follow policies and procedures on signatures and approval process of checks. Prepare checks for mailing or distribution to departments. Skills
