Responsibilities:
The Revenue Cycle Data Analyst is key in reporting on business and clinical data within the Revenue Cycle and Clinical Documentation Improvement teams for Community Health System (CHS). The Analyst analyzes data, identifies trends, and provides statistical insights to leadership to enhance processes and practices. This position plays a crucial role in improving data accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing Revenue Cycle processes. The Data Analyst integrates data from various sources to offer new insights and develops visualizations, interactive dashboards, and other displays to communicate results effectively.

Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's Degree or higher in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Analytics, or related field required High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate AND 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, such as Patient Access, Health Information Management or Patient Financial Services may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirement Experience Experience in data analysis processes and tools (e.g. EPIC, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, etc.) within a healthcare setting required
