This role requires a solid understanding of specialized functions within the revenue cycle, strong analytical skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively. You will be expected to work independently while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English, including speech, spelling, grammar, and basic mathematics at a high school level.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in hospital or professional billing and/or collections is required.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk or table, with occasional walking and standing.
  • Continuous operation of a personal computer for four hours or more.
  • Using hands and fingers to handle and manipulate objects and/or operate equipment.

Additional Information:

This position is classified as NONEXEMPT and typically follows a day shift schedule with an 8-hour duration. The base pay for this role is competitive.
