Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
Provide exceptional customer service, making them feel unique and valued.
Inform customers of current deals or new sales promotions our clients are offering.
Attract potential customers by providing helpful suggestions.
Selling the value of our client's products and services through face-to-face interactions.
Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers leading to future sales.
Execute merchandising initiatives for retail accounts to increase customer retention and acquisition.
Effectively uses probing techniques to educate customers, overcome objections, and upgrade customers.
Requirements of the Entry Level Account Manager:
1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
Flexibility and willingness to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to smoothly operate Windows/iOS software and grasp wireless technology concepts.
Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Desire to grow both personally and professionally.
