About this Role:

The Pacaso Sales Team provides best-in-class business to customer sales experience in introducing the co-ownership model and bringing on new prospective buyers within specified markets.

The Pacaso Sales Manager is part of the Sales Leadership Team that is responsible for the sales team in their designated Region with markets and managing the revenue, growth and customer success of their designated Region and market roll ups. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a Sales Region with sub Markets while managing a team of Sales and Market Principals. Youll bring insight and energy to create lasting first impressions to prospects and to lead a sales team through a fast moving, ambiguous growing startup.

What You'll Do:

* Lead and manage a successful Regional Sales Crew of Sales Principals and Market Principals.

* Consistently achieve monthly targets for Region and aligned Markets determined at Market level.

* Accountable for all regional MQLs, data hygiene and reporting.

* Partner to the Acquisitions team on all properties before going under contract with data backed feedback and input from the front line sales team. Responsible for buyer and pipeline perspective, home ready determination for sales, and home issue escalations.

* Partner to the Operations partner consistently communicating on any issues and needs including work orders, show ready and stay ready dates, homeowner feedback, and more.

* Supporting customer call escalations that need management support during the purchasing journey or post ownership experience.

* Sourcing, hiring and development of new crew members for the managed region.

* Attend and support regional events. Responsible for ROI analysis.

* Support in-market travel with podded markets to build team synergy. Expected to be there in person with a focus on coaching, 1on1s, and market needs.

* Responsible for weekly and monthly forecasting in Region and communicating upward patterns, opportunities, and potential flags.

* Have a deep rooted understanding of the managed markets across acquisitions, government relations, industry and market nuances.

* Conduct 1:1s with direct reports, team meetings, and market dynamic Region Reports.

* Shadow sales team members for call and tour observations and feedback delivery.

* Support all training curriculums through Enablement and coach ongoing to the business priorities and initiatives.

* Travel 35% of the time for team collaboration, in- market support and industry events.

About You:

* 3-5 years of experience in sales management, new acquisitions sales preferred

* Track record of over-achieving sales targets.

* Experience working with or similar CRM systems

* Youre achievement driven, competitive, with high ethical values and business acumen

* Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management

* Ability to learn quickly and manage effectively in a virtual environment

* Strong written and verbal communicator with internal and external awareness.

* Willingness to work varied schedules based on market needs and demand.

* BA or college degrees required.

* Real Estate license preferred
