Are you Unlimited?Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Coordinator, Retail Operations to elevate our online retail presence while driving venue sales and enhancing the fan experience. The Coordinator will work on assortment planning, sales analysis, vendor negotiation, and shop management. This position is perfect for anyone with a passion for sports apparel, as it combines inventory management and seasonal operations while strategically driving the business forward. This position is full-time and reports to the Sr. Director, Retail Operations.RESPONSIBILITIESManage inventory process from initial purchase order creation to launch, ensuring both assortment and stock level accuracyCoordinate product copy, facets / attributes, and product tagging in Shopify to support merchandising initiativesServe as the main point of contact for vendors, establishing and maintaining positive relationshipsOversee technical aspects of the website, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience optimizationPartner with Sr. Director on inventory management per location, internal transfers, and monthly adjustmentsPrepare and analyze reporting, providing thoughtful business recommendationsAssist with all in-venue initiatives: counts, pricing, staffing and merchandisingProvide customer support for fans post-purchase, ensuring a best in class experienceWork with internal teams to coordinate online promotional events, including marketing content and Shopify updatesStay on top of merchandise trends and ecommerce functionality, delivering new ideas and opportunities for improvementPerform additional administrative duties as neededRequirements1-3 years of previous experienceIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google DriveMust be willing to work remotely with travel (10 - 12 times per year)Ability to work select evenings and weekends when in seasonDetail-oriented, reliable, and organizedExcellent time-management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPersonable and solution-oriented customer service skillsExperience in a retail environment preferredLegal authorization to work in the United StatesBenefitsThis role is full-time, remote and is compensated at a range of $45,000 to $50,000 annually. While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committees expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
