Job Overview:

We are seeking a recent college graduate to join our team as a Social Media Manager. This role involves managing our presence across multiple social media platforms, leading a small international team, and working closely with our in-house video production and editing teams to execute content strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content strategies tailored for each social media platform, including Instagram, YouTube & YouTube Shorts, Facebook, TikTok, SnapChat, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct content research to support multiple content creators and social accounts.
  • Write viral reel scripts and collaborate with the video editing team to create a template of reel ideas, including website links, sources, images, and video. Aim to write 25 scripts per week, with 14 selected for recording and posting.
  • Post content to various platforms using native apps to maintain reach.
  • Develop and execute story strategies designed to entertain and subtly sell to the audience.
  • Analyze data from all posts and create strategies to improve video reach, including new hooks and repurposing existing content. Implement reposting strategies for successful posts.
  • Engage with followers and others in the niche by commenting on posts and building community.
  • Respond to comments on our posts to increase engagement and build community. Generate response video ideas from comments and write scripts for these responses, aiming for at least one comment response video for every 20k views across platforms.
  • Manage the following social media accounts:
  • 5 Instagram accounts
  • 2 Facebook accounts
  • 2 LinkedIn accounts
  • 2 Twitter accounts
  • 2 YouTube channels
  • 2 SnapChat accounts
  • 5 TikTok accounts
  • Work onsite most of the week in the studio to plan content, collaborate with the video production specialist, and coordinate with the editors.
Qualifications:
  • Recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts, either through internships or projects.
  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their unique content strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and viral content.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus.
