Customer Service Representative- Ani-Logics Outdoors

Ani-Logics Outdoors, located in Worthington, MN, is a deer nutrition company which specializes in using the latest technologies available in veterinarian medicine and animal nutrition to help sustain and create a healthy diet for whitetail deer. Ani-Logics is a division of PRADCO Outdoor Brands, an EBSCO Industries company.

Job Summary

At Ani-Logics Outdoors, customers are defined as those Account Groups- Distributors, Dealers, and National Accounts - who sell our products. This Customer Service Rep ensures that Ani-Logics meets or exceeds commitments to customers through the efficient management of orders and shipments, proactive communications and the prompt resolution of customer issues. This position requires professionalism and caring for our customers and their businesses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Order entry and order management of orders (including EDI and SPS) to ensure customers receive their orders and invoices accurately: products, price, quantity, terms, & routing.
  • Provides exceptional service to each customer, sales agency, and sales team member by focusing on meeting their needs through courteous attention to details, timely follow-up on all requests and issues, and maintains a desire to serve the customer.
  • Provides information and answers inquiries on status of orders and follows through on all commitments made to customers.
  • Handles requests for credit or problem resolution related to returns, shipping discrepancies, pricing issues and order entry errors.
  • Responsible for providing input to supervisor and team and working towards improving the department and/or service to our customers to provide Best in Class customer service.
  • Monitors and reports on key accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying specific needs of the key accounts, ensuring timely delivery of product, always ensuring accuracy and reporting pertinent details to supervisor.
  • Other duties as added and needed in all departments.
Job Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in sales/order processing/EDI and SPS.
  • Demonstratable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • May require sitting for long periods of time in an office environment.
