About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at WhatJobs. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
  • Process credit card payments and IRA/HSA transactions in our third-party portal.
  • Inform members about products, services, and current promotions.
  • Cross-sell credit union products by answering inquiries and directing customers to lobby and partner representatives.
  • Conform to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain member confidence and protect credit union operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Balance cash drawers accurately and comply with credit union operations and security procedures.
  • Witness and assist in audits as requested.
  • Open all consumer accounts and perform account maintenance for consumer and business members.
  • Process disputes for consumer and business members and close loans when needed.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of member/customer service experience.
  • Three or more years of financial services experience preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work some Saturday hours.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Telhio applicants must be able to pass a background check.
