Farnsworth Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician (onsite) in our Phoenix, AZ, office.
Job Activities:
- Resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware and software issues
- Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues
- Provide employees with IT Orientation
- Configure and image laptops utilizing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune
- Assist with various IT projects as assigned
- High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in IT or related field preferred
- 3-6 years applicable IT experience
- Ability to work self-sufficiently as part of a company-wide distributed team
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
