We are looking for our Digital Marketing Strategist who will lead programs and projects designed to integrate and evolve our digital presence globally.

- Lead programs and projects designed to integrate and evolve our digital presence globally - paid media programs, omni channel strategies and implementation of new emerging channels

- Own new customer acquisition and reengagement strategies across app, website and third party vendors

- Steer the overall global digital strategy in-market through ongoing relationship building, sharing of best practices and regular collaboration

- Partner with international markets and media agencies to optimize marketing plans, social media strategies and develop distinctive creative/content to deliver sales growth

- Facilitate digital workshops on marketing technology, media & calendar planning and food aggregator strategy recommendations

- Partner with internal Martech and development teams to create a cohesive online presence

- Evaluate data from digital marketing efforts based on promotions, product, audience and segment level to optimize spend and marketing performance

- Partner with the media attribution partner to understand channel effectiveness and communicate learnings to key stakeholders

- Film, edit and produce simple in-house videos that support our brand and lead generations strategies and campaigns

- Create a wide variety of visual content including website content, playbooks, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations that support our brand story

Must be fully vaccinated by January 3, 2022, subject to reasonable accommodation as required by law. Proof of vaccination required.

- 3+ years of digital marketing experience working with a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns; website, marketing automation, social media, email, video production and visual content

- Experience with e-commerce, mobile payment systems, loyalty programs, apps and social technology in consumer-facing business

- Fluent in building, budgeting and executing digital media plans

- Proven wins delivered in all facets of modern marketing (particularly digital, mobile, app strategy, CRM and loyalty programs)

- Experience working with major web analytics and reporting tools - including Google Analytics and Firebase

- Experience analyzing and reporting on digital marketing channel performance including Traffic, CVR, CPO and ROAS

- Working knowledge of CRM and loyalty marketing campaign management and understanding of customer segmentation or automation strategies

- Acute awareness of the role data plays in driving transactional growth through customer facing marketing and communications

- Passion for researching and adopting emerging martech strategies across both owned and aggregator platforms

- Track record of developing and executing customer acquisition strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other in-app channels such as UberEat, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.

- Basic knowledge and/or a willingness to learn design and editing for in-house creative execution
