As aCustomer Service Specialist, you will bring at least 2 years of experience with your ACTIVE Series 7 license. Series 7 is required

shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, job duties include:

  • Participate in moderately complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support.
  • Work with Customers to address Brokerage Complaints.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer support functional area.
  • Review basic or tactical routine technical issues or challenges that require research and evaluation, applications or services, product conversions, and new product development.
  • Present recommendations for resolving moderate to complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of internal and external customer needs.
Skills:

  • At least 2+ years of experience working in Brokerage Operations with an ACTIVE Series 7. MUST BE ACTIVE (or within 2 year window so it may be re-activated quickly).
  • Proven experience working in a Customer Centric environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
