Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: San Antonio, TX

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
  • Handle inquiries and issues via telephone, Live Chat, and email regarding Human Resources subject matters.
  • View highly sensitive data for all employees, requiring broad discretion and judgment in client interactions.
  • Utilize knowledge base system and HR information scripts as reference tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve and follow up on inquiries related to billing, ordering, provisioning, or collection.
  2. Provide the highest level of customer service and coordinate problem resolution.
  3. Address issues including repair, maintenance, billing, and orders.
  4. Proactively identify and resolve service affecting issues, offering technical support for product service resolution.
  5. Recommend operational improvements.
  6. Support sales or non-sales positions.
  7. Work in a 24x7 environment.
