Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Support Associate:
- Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events depending on client needs
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
- Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
- Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Support the marketing work of other team members

The Customer Support position is entry-level and full-time. Someone in this role must be comfortable working in person with customers directly, in a team setting, as well as working independently.
