Overview: We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employee Engagement Specialist. This will be a full time role and focuses in the Mortgage industry. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction, and promoting a culture of collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement and event coordination, along with at least one year of experience in a similar field. Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost overall employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with various departments to organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee appreciation events. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote a positive work culture. Event Coordination: Plan and execute employee engagement events, team-building activities, and appreciation programs. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and materials preparation. Manage the scheduling of events, ensuring timely communication and attendance tracking. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of employee engagement initiatives with organizational goals. Foster open communication channels to address concerns and maintain a positive working relationship. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze engagement data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present reports on employee engagement metrics to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. At least one year of experience in a similar role or field. Proven experience in employee engagement and event coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
