E-Commerce Project Manager

The E-Commerce Project Manager communicates with various departments for the E-Commerce Department. To ensure stronger collaboration, the Manager creates and maintains strong relationships with various departments and manages the workflow within the E-Commerce Department.

Report Data

Provide reports to Director and Administration. Ensure that all reports have proper descriptions. Conduct quarterly data integrity tests on all reports.

Communicate with Other Departments

Work with other departments to ensure that they are receiving the necessary data. Communicate with these departments the efforts/projects that are currently underway. Inform of changes made to other areas so that training is completed before changes go into effect.

Managing Purchasing and Requisitions

Create purchasing requisitions for approvals and then handle the purchases from vendors for Abeka merchandise. Work with Publishing and Warehouse to setup and manage merchandise inventory.

Manage Workflow with E-Commerce

Maintain a schedule of projects. Develop and oversee the department's workflow to ensure that projects/jobs are being done in an organized and coordinated effort.

FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-exempt)

Education
College Degree: Business (Required), MBA, MS: Marketing

Work Experience
1+ years in retail, 3+ years in project management

Physical Requirements and Skills
Data Analysis, Data Reporting, Microsoft Applications, Organized, Willing to learn department-specific programs, Work long hours
