This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients, contributing directly to the overall success and growth of our firm.What You'll Do:Client Intake and Correspondence: Handle all client intake calls, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client information and case details. Correspond with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.Client Engagement and Retention: Actively promote the firm's services by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and communicating the full range of services we offer. Encourage clients to avail and/or retain the legal support we provide, emphasizing the value and ensuring clients are fully aware of how our services can meet their legal needs.Case Intake and Preparation: Open case files, file documents, and ensure all case information is accurately entered and maintained in our case management system (FileVine). Coordinate with insurance companies and medical providers, and conduct general case research as requested. Ensure all legal procedures and deadlines are met and adhered to. Legal Assistance: Conduct general case research as requested, such as conducting social media searches for parties and witnesses in our cases. Assist the Senior Case Manager as directed, providing support as needed to ensure efficient case handling. Client Care: Prepare client Thank You bags for settled cases, ensuring each client feels appreciated and valued. Additionally, engage in similar activities and initiatives to enhance client relationships as needed or as opportunities arise in the future. Administrative Support: Monitor office supplies, manage data entry, and oversee calendar management.
