Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
