Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams and will be responsible for lead generation activities, including We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to drive the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on their potential for conversion into clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for enterprise B2B SaaS is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
