About the Role:

The Insurance Business Development Representative will be responsible for helping families find the right insurance coverage plans by educating them on various options and filling out applications on their behalf. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and an eagerness to help others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To help families understand their insurance needs and find suitable coverage plans
  • To educate clients on the different insurance options available
  • To fill out e-applications for life insurance policies
  • To advocate for families and represent top insurance carriers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a positive attitude, quality character, enthusiasm, and a hungry and humble approach to business development. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively engage with customers.

Benefits:

  • Average annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000
  • Commission-only compensation structure
