  • Communication: Serve as a primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle related administrative duties such as data entry and document management to support the HR team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR or recruiting, with strong skills in resume assessment and interview process management.
