Develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Develop and maintain process controls for personnel use of a new warehouse management system while acting as the local Power User. Plans and monitors the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeps stock control systems up to date. Oversees stock control and processes logistics-related requests in a timely manner. Assure business continuity for the factory and track parts consumption. Proposes and manages an annual warehouse budget and operates the warehouse within that budget. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance of warehouse operations and implement improvements. Supervise and coach warehouse staff; ensure all staff are properly trained in accordance with local laws, regulations, and ISO requirements. Continuous improvement of warehouse operations through Lean 6S practices. Establish optimization workflows for warehouse utilization and inventory including FIFO principal. Implement and maintain the 5S standard. Meet KPI's set by local/global management. Qualifications: Must have strong, demonstrated leadership competencies that have driven results in the areas of cost, quality, service, safety, and sustainability in warehousing environments. Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Manufacturing preferred. 7-10 years of experience in a Warehouse Management role. Experience with SAP/4Hana ERP system mandatory. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must be a team player.
