Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Representative to join our team. As a key advocate for our clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, managing tasks, and communicating effectively with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take initiative to drive results and exceed client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, and shipment issues
  • Enter orders into our operating system and prepare activity reports as required
  • Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a warehouse customer service environment, preferably in a 3PL environment
  • Prior experience with warehouse technology and MS Suite products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Environment

This is a warehouse environment with occasional extreme temperature shifts. You will need to be able to stand and walk for extended periods, twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch when needed. You will also be exposed to moving mechanical parts and moving equipment.
