We are currently looking for a passionate, results-driven, and collaborative Retail Marketing Specialist in our Austin. TX headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of revenue-generating marketing programs and campaigns for our local Retail businesses and showrooms. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, a strong ability to multitask and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively.
**IN THIS ROLE**
* Develop and implement the marketing strategy for our 2-local consumer and designer based stores, Four Hands Home and Four Hands Home Outlet
* Responsible for driving store traffic through the successful execution of marketing campaigns and programs across print, email, social and paid media
* Develop and execute the strategy for in-store events, designed to drive and enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
* Manage our social presence for our local 2 stores including Facebook, create content to engage our audience and drive users into the stores to shop
* Analyze performance and use learnings and insights to improve the programs
* Use learnings from our Retail store marketing efforts to become expert at most effective consumer and retailer-based marketing tactics
* Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
* Other duties as assigned by Management
**THE IDEAL PERSON**
* BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
* 5-7+ years experience in a similar role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience building and executing marketing strategies for traditional (ie. brick and mortar) and ecommerce businesses
* Team player adept at working in a cross functional environment
* Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude who is deadline and results oriented
* Strong project and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Familiarity and experience with marketing tools such as project management software (ex: Trello/Wrike), Email platforms (ex: Hubspot/Kentico), Analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics)
* An avid learner who thinks outside the box and can adapt well in a changing environment
