Account Manager Opportunity
About our client:They are a well-established organization offering managed print solutions and cloud based "Smart Business Solutions" to help companies operate more efficiently and access their documents with ease. They are also developing exciting new products in the AI and Cybersecurity space
Perks:This is a fully remote, field based opportunity No in office requirements.They are offering a comprehensive benefits plan, including medical/dental insurance, 401(k), a $500 monthly car allowance, a $50 a month phone allowance and more.The targeted base salary for this role is between $60-70k dependent upon experience with an aggressive commission plan. Your first year OTE will be between $150-200kPosition Overview:Account Managers are responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and for finding new clients to ensure that their account base is growing.
Account Managers help clients with their decision to lease, purchase, or subscribe to business technology and services, and walk them through the sales and installation/implementation process. This includes working with admin to ensure all necessary documentation is complete, and coordinating installation and training with the service team. Account Managers will also be the primary point of contact for their clients after the sale, and are responsible for regular business reviews and maintaining open communication with their clients to ensure we deliver excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Work to achieve sales and recurring revenue quotas as set by sales managementMaintain existing client relationships through regular Quality Business ReviewsCreate new client relationships to bring in "net new" businessDetermine client goals and challenges and sell technology to solve client's business problemsCoordinate resources and Subject-Matter Experts to fully serve clientsCollect and record all client, prospect, and deal information in CRM systemMaintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of deal records in CRMReport and log activities with clients regularly in CRMUse DocuWare document management system to manage client filesTrack and respond to incoming leads in a prompt mannerOnce the maximum number of clients has been reached, assist junior sales reps in working with assigned accountsParticipate in required trainingAttend all sales meetings, either in person or via video conference.Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with a team, and cooperate with a wide variety of personality typesMust be competent with computer usage, including MS Outlook for email and calendar, virtual meetings, and web applications such as Salesforce CRMMust be self-motivated with a goal oriented, positive attitudeMust have the ability to represent company with professionalism and integrityMust be organized, detail oriented, and able to respond to clients quickly and efficientlyHours and Schedule:Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Account Manager's job responsibilities may be performed remotely, in the company offices, and in client's facilities, depending on what is needed for optimal success.
