US Hospital Products** **Deerfield, IL (Flexible/Hybrid Scheduling Available)** **About Baxters Global Medication Delivery Business Unit** * Medication Delivery is a $2.9B global business that includes a vast portfolio of products including the IV solutions and pharmacy portfolio, IV access, infusion technologies, specialized patient monitoring, and digital health platforms; and is well positioned to support the vision of eliminating preventable harm and personalizing therapy. * Our team is dedicated to creating customer value from the prescription to the safe delivery of medication around the world and across the patient continuum of care. Together with strong talent, globally diverse teams, and an inclusive culture, we believe that Medication Delivery is uniquely positioned to deliver value to our hospital customers and their patients, from prescription to administration. **Overview** Support the key strategic products for Baxter's Infusion Systems business, with a focus on software and other infusion systems product launches **Critical Responsibilities** * Develop marketing plans/programs by identifying segment, audience and opportunity size (revenue) * Responsible for driving demand and measuring success by calculating win-rates by segment. * Key participant on cross-functional teams, developing strategy/deliverables for Baxters Infusion Systems business * Develop content for promotional materials, e.g. messaging, digital programs, fact sheets, white papers, sales collateral, emails, website content and online media presence, while managing their production/placement * Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term goals using market research, sales data and competitive analysis * Collaborates with the Sales team to monitor business performance/achieve annual sales goals. Provides other sales support as needed. * Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis and interpretation of market data. * Makes business decisions based on sound financial/market analysis

including market modeling, pricing and positioning. **Key Qualifications** * BS/BA required with 3+ years experience in marketing. Healthcare/medical device industry experience is required. * Demonstrated results in developing/executing marketing plans and messaging/branding campaigns. * Solid strategic planning abilities/business acumen * Demonstrated track record in managing/leading projects to successful completion, and successfully launching new products * Solid ability to translate market trends and customer needs into effective promotion. * Background in sales, content marketing is preferred.
