Marketing Manager

At Vetted, we are focused on building a new way of veterinary care ensuring that pets have the best access to whole-istic preventative care focusing on pets health and wellness.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented well-rounded Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2C background in digital,
email marketing with specific proven record
in local marketing of retail store/stores and a personal record of driving campaigns, local marketing initiatives including sales promotion, events and offline advertising. This role requires a person with an all-round understanding of marketing and sales to consumer, the ability to work with strategic goals and plans, a creative mindset, and a team player who is a people person (that really loves pets).
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans on multiple online platforms to increase brand visibility and drive customer online booking.
Social Media Management:
Manage and execute social media advertising campaigns across platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with the locally segmented and target audience.
Create and aggregate compelling content that aligns with the brand voice
Email & CRM Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing and text based campaigns, including overseeing design
templates, compelling and actionable content, and analyzing campaign performance in order to improve.
Work of overall CRM driven marketing efforts that combine email, text, call center and automated communication
Segment and target email lists to deliver personalized and relevant content to different audience segments.
Data Driven Local Marketing:
Including geo based mobile campaigns, context based messaging, and location-based targeting in real time.
Offline Marketing:
Including local advertising, marketing communications production, print materials, customer community events, marketing & sales presentations.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital and overall marketing efforts, as an ongoing business routine.
Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels.
Stay informed about competition, industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies, and educate the team about new discoveries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience of 4-5 years in digital marketing, social media and local marketing, - a must. Experience in consumer facing retail marketing, in large cities - an advantage
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategy and execute promptly.
Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights related to sales.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
