Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects. Must have reliable transportation. Travel 50% - 75%

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will work to form new client relationships and strengthen existing client relationships to forge new opportunities. In this role, The Business Development Associate will assist in the sales and service processes to ensure client satisfaction to help increase revenue and develop lasting professional relationships that will fuel sales and lead to possible partners with organizations associated with these clients.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities but limited to: - It is expected of you to establish professional relationships, building, and maintaining successful long-term relationships with prospects.

Prospecting/identifying new sources of business Increase sales revenue for assigned territory Research and develop new sales territories to target Network and build relationships with new, current, and former clients Educate and sell company services to new and existing customers. Collaborate with Recruiting team to understand candidate pools and help skill market. candidates to Reach sales targets, cold call, and appointment goals each week. Use various platforms and modern sales prospecting techniques including cold email, virtual prospecting, social networking, and cold calling and consistently updating targets and accurate forecasting
