About:

Estelle. is hiring a warehouse operations coordinator for our warehouse in Dallas, TX. Estelle. Is an online art platform for emerging artists to be featured and sold and for collectors to sell their collections though our secondary art market. We function as a multi-vendor retailer working to disrupt the norm of the art world and in particular, those that focus on original art. This role is of significant importance as the Operations Coordinator will oversee the day to day operations of the warehouse and all shipping and receiving for the company.

Operations Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all outgoing and incoming shipments for Estelle. At our warehouse in Dallas

  • Receive in all art shipped to the warehouse using our inventory system

  • Coordinate with delivery services and shippers for incoming deliveries from vendors

  • Manages the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.

  • Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule and the organization of the warehouse.

  • Organize merchandise for photoshoots within the photo studio/warehouse.

  • Dispatches and answers inbound merchandise orders.

  • Reviews open and closed sales orders and invoices.

  • Categorizes inventory and completes inventory tracking and reporting

  • Creates and files sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.

  • Works closely with the corporate team to resolve issues

  • Collaborates with the corporate teams.

  • Coordinates operations for fulfillment and quality control.

  • Escalates issues to managers when necessary.

  • Uses warehouse management systems (Shopify and Arta)

  • Follows all company policies and procedures

Operations Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:

  • Works well independently and has strong problem solving, time management, and organization skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues

  • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening

  • Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels

  • Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills

  • Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions

  • Proactive research skills used in seeking out opportunities to advance and improve the organization

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • At least 2 years of fulfillment and shipping experience is required and ability to lift 25+lbs
