If thats you - check out the Notion page we've built for you **.** + Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role+ Experience in LIVE streaming is preferred but not required+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills+ Multi-tasking abilities+ Patience when handling tough cases+ Customer service mindset (understands what makes people tick and want to help them succeed)+ Fluency in English is required, fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, or German is not necessary but welcomed+ You are interested in or have experience with LIVE streaming technology+ You are looking to grow your career+ Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.+ Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.+ Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.+ Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.+ Inform customers about new features and functionalities.+ Manage escalations with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers to technical specialists or billing team.+ Share the knowledge with customers to improve overall awareness of the LIVE stream#J-18808-Ljbffr
