From your PASSION to ours
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting all departments within our facility. This position is part of a cohesive team, needs someone who can multi-task, pays close attention to detail, and is motivated
Our Warehouse Associates minimum hourly rate is $19 / hour (more depending upon previous experience.)
The schedule for this opportunity will be on a 2 - 2 - 3 rotation on a 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM shift and will be eligible for shift differential.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift/fork truck is necessary.
- Assigned by the supervisor to pull orders of packaging, raw materials and ingredients, as per production schedule and place same in the relevant demarcated area(s).
- Assigned by the supervisor to pull orders of finished goods as per loadout sheets and load on trailer in sequential order as per load out sheet.
- Reviews available products buy code date both visibly and on inventory sheet to assure proper rotation of product.
- Ensure all products for production is assembled in staging area, to ensure proper code dates, and rotation.
- Physically checks all products in staging areas for proper codes, labels, short fills, missing cartons, and leakers. Makes necessary adjustments to loads as required.
- Transport and put away pallets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Must work in cold storage warehouse.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED.)
- Three to six months related experience in warehousing/logistics.
- Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift / fork truck is necessary.
Skills / Abilities / Knowledge
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Must have the ability to write simple correspondence and complete manufacturing documentation completely. Ability to effectively and professionally present information to other employees.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be able to possess and maintain a valid forklift certification issued by the company.
- Regularly required to stand, use hands, and stretch/reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance on stairs.
- Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
