About Our Client About the Role The Manager, Growth Marketing, is primarily responsible for delivering the leads required to ensure our client achieves its revenue targets by managing a multi-million-dollar budget and leading the work of internal and agency teams. The Manager, Growth Marketing develops and executes multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from inception through execution, measurement, and reporting driving new leads through the marketing funnel. Responsibilities Develop and execute campaigns and tactics that align with the overall marketing and demand generation strategy to drive new customer acquisition and growth, ensuring B2C and B2B marketing campaigns and activities align with business priorities and achieve lead and revenue goals. Develop, manage, and continually optimize the demand generation marketing mix to meet lead goals and support conversion and eCommerce goals, while also maintaining lead- and customer-acquisition costs within expected ranges. Execute integrated B2C and B2B campaigns with a data-first approach to optimize against goals and identify new opportunities for growth. Manage relationship with paid media agency, prioritizing goals, business needs, and feedback to achieve monthly projections. Drive new customer acquisition through creative, effective, and efficient management of paid marketing channels including lead aggregation, paid search, digital display, retargeting, content syndication, out-of-home, and other channels. Lead collaboration from inception through execution, measurement, and reporting with the Content Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Senior Manager, Social Media Manager, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure all marketing campaigns are creative, compelling, on-message and effective. Manage relationships with third-party industry partners to leverage placement opportunities allowing our client to grow network and drive demand. Collaborate and communicate with Sales Leaders to understand what’s working, diagnose problems, and provide coaching on working with leads from the Demand Generation team. Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to build campaign tracking process and develop effective dashboards and KPIs to monitor the success of efforts. Report findings and insights to key stakeholders. Create and distribute weekly updates on demand generation activities to marketing and sales leaders that empower sales teams to effectively close leads delivered from the Demand Gen team. Contribute to quarterly and annual budget planning and forecasting. Manage all vendor contracts, IOs, and invoices. Remain current on new opportunities and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing. Research, recommend, and execute strategies that drive brand awareness impressions and support the New Logo customer journey. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience managing complex, multichannel lead generation programs. Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience with extensive experience managing digital ads in Meta, LinkedIn, Google Adwords, etc. and working with paid media agencies. Extensive experience analyzing campaign data through ad platforms, Google Analytics 4, Salesforce and/or other web analytics tools. Experience presenting analytics to cross-teams and leadership team. A keen eye for creative that performs; experience working closely with creative teams to build creative that converts.
