Little Ferry, United States Mighty Networks Inc Full time

Company Overview Mighty Networks is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform ushering in a new era of creative business built on community. Mighty’s digital business platform powers profitable memberships, successful online courses, challenges, and events through technology we call people magic. People magic is advanced technology and AI that connects the most relevant and interesting people to each other—making digital businesses extraordinarily more engaging. In turn, with people magic, Mighty has generated nearly $500M for the creators, entrepreneurs, and brands we power today. Mighty is trusted by TED, Tony Robbins, Mindbody, Mel Robbins, Marie Forleo, Matthew Hussey, Jim Kwik, BODi, Gym Launch, Inc., and more. Similar to a Shopify store, with a Mighty Network, a brand or creator has their own online destination with their choice of features and the ability to charge for digital subscriptions, online courses, and products under their own brand and are instantly available on their own website and through native mobile apps. The Opportunity Mighty Networks has an incredible organic flywheel. Over 40% of our new customers every month—which we call Hosts—come from people who are members of Mighty Networks first. That growth is supplemented by strong direct traffic that brings new people to Mighty’s website, and on to trial and upgrade. Often those people are coming from word of mouth. On the marketing channel side, we’ve also heavily invested in SEO and the bulk of our attributed traffic and free trials come from that channel. We’ve run successful paid marketing and email campaigns alongside this organic growth, but are now looking to expand our efforts there and put more time and resources into those channels—specifically by creating and optimizing end-to-end funnel marketing campaigns. To that end, our Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing the total number of website sessions, free trials, and upgrades from paid marketing channels and email. This is an incredible opportunity that will require a strong attention to detail, project management, and a relentless focus on the numbers. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Plan, organize, and execute paid marketing campaigns—both independently and with the help of our agency partners. Own Mighty’s paid marketing and email metrics. You’ll share frequent updates, proactively, that show how we’re tracking to our goals and suggest and implement changes to strategy or testing to optimize Mighty’s paid channels. Keep multiple stakeholders and teams moving towards the same target, on time. Your campaigns will require collaboration across various partners and leaders across our marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams. Find new opportunities in our data and qualitative insights and create ads, emails, landing pages, and end-to-end experiences that test your hypotheses. Reverse engineer marketing campaigns and tactics you find “in the wild” to help us quickly test new strategies and learn what works for Mighty. Gain a deep understanding of every aspect of the Mighty Networks product—especially our onboarding for new Hosts. Understand and evolve our customer segments—using both qualitative and quantitative data to understand who we’re talking to and what they need to go all in on Mighty. Manage and master our software tools—including Google Analytics, Hubspot, StatSig, and heat mapping. You may have to evaluate and make a business case for new tools, as well. Manage the working relationship with current agencies and help define the most successful programs using both agency and internal resources. Write clear and specific creative briefs for our internal designs and external partners to execute on. Work closely with our SVP of Marketing, our SVP of Sales, and our CEO to ensure campaigns are hitting key messages. This role will report to our SVP of Marketing. Qualifications You are coming to us with: A proven track record in creating revenue-generating paid funnels. Show us your best work and explain the metrics you were responsible for and the impact your work made on those numbers. An ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously including strategy and tracking for each individual campaign. Experience copywriting or copyediting marketing campaigns directly. You need to be familiar with hooks, headlines, and the language of offers. Experience operating independently with excellent push communication on project statuses and results. Your executive communication skills are top-tier. An obsession with growth marketing and funnels. You follow people in the space, sign up for email campaigns just to dissect them, and screenshot ads you think are interesting. A strong analytical and insights background. You are able to find stories in the data—you can analyze the numbers and succinctly communicate what you’re seeing and why it matters. 3+ years of experience running paid marketing and/or email marketing—if you’ve only directly run one function you should be able to speak to how you collaborated with other marketers to ensure a seamless end-to-end funnel. Demonstrated ability as a systems thinker. You can make connections between different strategies and parts of the organization in a way that drives stronger outcomes for everyone. Experience creating and improving (or automating) processes. You know how to meticulously plan and execute, leveraging software and tools to scale your impact.
