Job Description **Job Responsibilities:**

* Maintaining the customer service desk

* Occasionally operate video teleconferencing equipment and perform basic photography

* Receiving and processing customer requests for the Digital Media Services area

* Responsible tasked with basic photographic assignments both on location and in studio

* Perform teleconference operations that include:

* Powering up teleconferencing equipment

* Checking equipment for proper operation

* Setting audio levels

* Positioning camera functions

* Performing secure or non-secure setup

* Operating (or assist) session control panel, studio control unit, and high-resolution graphics

Job Requirements **Job Requirements & Skills:**

* Must be a US citizen, eligible for a DoD security clearance

* Ability to pass a preliminary drug and background check and be eligible for a Personnel Security Clearance (criminal background, active drug use, ongoing financial distress, and other factors may prohibit the granting of a clearance and render the candidate unacceptable)

* Must possess a high school diploma

* On the job training will be provided (candidate must have relevant skills in some functional areas)

* *Qualified candidates with an existing security clearance are highly desirable and favored*

* *Qualified candidates residing in a HUBZone are also favored*

**Physical Requirements:**

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer. To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
