The Technical Field Service Trainers are injection molding equipment subject matter experts who train customers on newly purchased Injection Molding Machines. Successful candidates in the past have been injection molding maintenance technicians, process engineers, or field service technicians. Trainers are fully proficient in the operation and maintenance of Injection Molding machines and processes. Key Responsibilities:

Teach 4-day courses at customer locations Required travel approximately 30 weeks per year Represent the company to help customers resolve issues that may be present when the trainer arrives on-site. This may involve coordinating communication between Service Managers, Area Managers, the Call Center, Parts Distribution, and the customer. Work with Engineering to gain competence on new developments Maintain the equipment in the Training Lab Learn to teach all of the company's training courses Develop new training material Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Trainer experience (certification preferred) Electrical and/or mechanical machine maintenance experience (skilled trade certification or maintenance lead experience preferred) Expertise with the injection molding process and mechanical equipment Software expertise – Acrobat, Microsoft Office Ability to speak Spanish fluently is an asset Qualifications:

Post-secondary education or skilled trade certification required Experience on the manufacturing floor of 5+ years OR Previous Technical Training experience of 3+ years Must have the right to work in the United States (citizenship or green card)
