Technimark LLC is seeking a skilled Metrology Engineer to join our team of experts in quality assurance. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for writing CMM programs, designing custom fixturing, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CMM programs to enhance measurement accuracy and efficiency.
  • Design and create specialized gauges and fixturing tailored to our production needs.
  • Assist in calibrating tools to ensure traceability to national standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to reverse engineer components and enhance our design processes.
  • Conduct Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies on new variable gauging and CMM/Vision Programs.
  • Perform dimensional First Article Inspections of new products and meticulously document results.
  • Execute Capability Studies of critical dimensions for analysis by Quality Engineering.
  • Conduct physical testing of products and report detailed findings.
  • Maintain a meticulous, organized, and thorough approach in all tasks.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a two-year degree preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of injection molding and manufacturing operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Technical Proficiency: Computer skills including usage of OGP Zone3 and PC-DMIS software or similar product, and advanced blueprint reading abilities.
  • Measurement Techniques: In-depth knowledge of advanced measuring techniques to ensure precision.
